Senior Consultant (m/f/d)
Digital Performance Management

Your area of responsibility:

• You are the project/programme manager for “your” projects, including the “master mind” role and the 1st interface to the clients up to the power promoters – with the support of experienced consultants and/or senior consultants if requiredd
• As part of the team, you take care of the technical and content-related analysis and conception as well as the design, modelling and, if necessary, the technical implementation and rollout (incl. change management) of solutions for Digital Performance Management (Planning, Analytics and Advanced Analytics)
• You contribute your ideas and take on the “master mind” role in the development of new consulting products and solutions, as well as new business areas – with support from top management as needed
• Furthermore, together with the top management you are the “master mind” for internal topics and projects, such as our consulting and solutions standards, presales and much more
• Employee management (360° scope) incl. knowledge management in the team are of course also part of your responsibility

Your background:

• You have a degree in economics or technical studies (business administration, computer science, business informatics, or similar) based on a “dual profile” of business administration  and computer science or are about to gradute
• Ideally, you already have several years of in-depth experience (in the line and/or in consulting) in the design and implementation of Performance Management solutions
• You have analytical and networked thinking skills
• You are results-oriented, proactive and independent
• Social competence and communication skills are qualities that distinguish you – especially when dealing with the technical and power promoters at the client’s site
• You work with passion in a team
• Perfect knowledge of German and English is a basic requirement for us as a matter of course
