Digital Performance Management

Your area of responsibility:

In this open position, you will work with the team to shape the future of Digital Corporate Management for our clients—from the initial idea to successful implementation:

• You will work on the analysis, conceptualization, design, modeling, technical implementation, and rollout (including change management) of solutions for digital corporate management (planning, analytics, and advanced analytics).
• You will act as the project manager—including taking on a “mastermind” role—and serve as the primary point of contact for the client, with support from experienced consultants and/or senior consultants as needed.
• In addition, you will contribute your ideas to the development of new consulting products, solutions, and business areas.
• You will also be involved in internal initiatives and projects, such as defining our consulting and solutions standards, pre-sales activities, and more.

Your background:

We are looking for a motivated and versatile consulting specialist to enrich our team.

• You hold a degree in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a related field, based on a “dual profile” combining business administration and IT.
• Ideally, you bring extensive practical experience in the design and implementation of performance management solutions.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think in an integrated, holistic manner.
• You are result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• You are characterized by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are passionate about teamwork.
• Fluency in both German and English is a fundamental requirement for us
